I don’t offer “quick fixes.” I offer a month-to-month personal online coaching subscription where I guide you step by step through training, nutrition and habits. You get ongoing support and adjustments based on your progress. The subscription is monthly and can be canceled before the start of the next month.

Atanas – A visible change through monthly 1:1 online coaching: lost body fat, gained lean muscle and increased strength thanks to weekly goals, personal adjustments and continuous support.

Rumen – He was already in shape but had stalled. With a plan where I set new weekly targets and closely tracked his progress, he went from body-weight pull-ups to weighted pull-ups with over +20 kg, dips with +40 kg, and a noticeably stronger physique. All of his lifts moved up — and his body shows it.
Niki – Within our monthly 1:1 coaching, he received clear weekly targets and adjustments and followed the plan strictly. In 3 months he dropped ~8–9 kg mostly of fat and looks more muscular than before. His strength climbed significantly: from assisted pull-ups at −20 kg to weighted pull-ups with +15 kg for the same reps, with progress on dips and all main lifts. That’s the result of a personal plan, accountability and consistency.
Kris — Came in on an extreme deficit: under 2000 kcal at ~100 kg while training hard. I increased calories to ~3000, locked in protein, and set weekly targets for every exercise (working weights, sets, reps). Each week I tracked execution, adjusted the plan, and built on it.
Result: clear recomposition—less fat, more muscle, and strength up sharply. Now he eats more, progresses steadily, and has room for a controlled cut—without extremes, within monthly 1:1 online coaching.


My brother’s transformation – He trained regularly but without a plan: missed sessions and no target weights. I put him on my system—weekly targets, a Sunday check-in, and plan adjustments. He was skeptical, but in just 2–3 months his strength exploded, he added visible muscle, and now looks far more athletic.
